Please be aware that orders being sent to Auckland may be significantly delayed in transit due to Auckland's current Alert Level 4 status. This is happening at the courier end and is beyond our control.
Goods which are faulty in any way may be returned for a full replacement, or if a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
Please contact us prior to returning faulty goods so we may discuss with you how to handle the return.
Goods found to be faulty on arrival must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase date. Your refund will only be processed after we receive the goods.
You may not return goods for refund where you have just changed your mind about the product.
However, if you order a medicine, and after reading the product information on the pack, you decide it will be unsuitable for you to use, you may return it to us in original condition within 7 days (at your cost) for a full refund of the item price. Please ensure you package the item carefully to prevent damage in transit. Only items received back in saleable condition will be refunded.
All refunds where the order was paid for by credit card will be refunded only to the same credit card number used for the original order.
